First and foremost, thank you for all your work over the past couple of weeks, we really appreciate your hard work and determination to continue your learning from home. Now, use this holiday time to relax, have fun and spend time together as a family.  However, if you run out of ideas, we’ve thought of some things to keep you busy. Remember your parents can email us pictures of your activities to year4@thomasbuxtonps.co.uk

Stay home, stay safe and look after yourselves. We miss each and every one of you.

Also, remember David Walliams is reading stories every day at 11am

PE Project!

Now that it is the Easter holidays, we can really focus on keeping ourselves fit and healthy.  You are used to walking to school and having playtimes and lunchtimes to keep you active, as well as the Daily Mile and your weekly PE sessions.  Staying indoors doesn’t mean we have to lose all that fitness we have built up, so I have a plan!

Part 1: Create your own circuit of exercises like Joe Wicks, but make up your own moves and timings etc.

Here is an example of some moves

Part 2: Make up a dance linked to the music from your favourite film.  Remember dance is just a sequence of movements to music.  Once you have put all the moved together and practises it a few times.  Try teaching it to a brother, sister or adult.  I bet you’ll have lots of laughs while trying to learn the moves.
