This week, Year 6 visited the Imperial War Museum to enrich our learning about our Local History Topic: World War II.
We admired the fascinating artefacts and exhibitions that gave us a glimpse into what life was like during the war.
One of the exhibits even had an Anderson Shelter to take cover in as an air raid siren sounded.
We thought about fortunate we are to have the right to be safe and the right to an education, which was not the case for many children during that time.
